All of our Underwear bottoms are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of delivery. We want to make sure you can give your new Underwear time to mold to your shape and get comfortable. Do what you want to do in it, and wash it as much as you like. If you find the fit still isn't right, message us to get a personal fit consultation before exchanging for the right size.

Throw them in with the rest of your laundry on a delicate cycle. (Your other clothes will be fine!) Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

If you donโt have a washing machine, try handwashing your s.h.e;s it in lukewarm water.
Fun fact: handwashing *all* of your delicates preserves elasticity!

Step 2: Hang dry
Hang up your s.h.e's it in a non-humid environment, and let 'em dry completely. Avoid ironing & machine-drying to preserve elasticity and keep the leaks in.

How much fluid can She's It hold?
Our absorbency levels range from lightest (2 regular pad worth of flow) to Super (4 regular tampons worth of flow), so there is a style for every day of your cycle. We recommend trying She's it period-absorbing underwear for the first time at home so you can see how they best work for your ~flow~. If you feel damp or notice your flow spreading to the seams, it may be time to change into a new pair. We recommend starting with 3-5 undies, so youโll be covered for your entire cycle without doing extra laundry.
Where does this gusset sit?
Generally, the gusset sits under the entire front of the vulva, widened significantly at the front and rear for leak protection and with extra length in the back โ covering the surface area necessary to absorb your flow and prevent leaks.
How long can I wear She's it period underwear to prevent leaks?
Every flow is different! You can wear period-absorbing underwear for as long as your flow will allow. And of course, the style you wear also plays a factor, as some underwear styles are more absorbent than others. We measure our underwear for periods by absorbency, with our highest absorbency styles holding up to 7 tampons i.e 4 pads worth of flow. For some customers, they will last the whole day, and others may need to carry an extra pair of She's It period underwear as a backup. If you feel damp or notice your flow spreading to the seams, that is an indicator you should change into a fresh pair. We suggest bringing along a resealable bag, pouch, or wet bag โ so that if you do need to change out of your first pair of She's It undies, you've got a place to put them.
