This clean and classic one-piece features built-in wireless bra for support PLUS a built-in absorbent liner for confident period protection – about the same as 3 tampons.
Perfect for casual or competitive swimmers, it can be worn alone on light days, or with a tampon or menstrual cup on heavy days, and won’t leak whether you’re in or out of the water. Designed with four layers of leakproof technology:

All of our Underwear bottoms are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of delivery. We want to make sure you can give your new Underwear time to mold to your shape and get comfortable. Do what you want to do in it, and wash it as much as you like. If you find the fit still isn't right, message us to get a personal fit consultation before exchanging for the right size.

How does period swimwear work?
The bottoms contain a triple-layer gusset that absorbs your flow and locks in leaks when you're in or out of the water. When it goes in the wash with detergent, the blood releases through the top layer—leaving your swimwear fresh and clean for next time.
Here's the breakdown of our 3-layer leakproof technology:
First Layer: Moisture-wicking, antimicrobial technology wicks away sweat and moisture while neutralizing odors.
Second Layer: A super thin, highly absorbent liner that holds the power of 3 tampons or pads.
Third Layer: A secure, liquid-resistant outer layer keeps blood from leaking when you're in or out of the water.
How much blood do they hold?
Our period swimwear has a super discreet absorbent pad in the gusset liner that absorbs up to 3 tampons or pads.
Will I leave a blood trail in the water?
It's a common misconception that your period flow stops altogether when you’re in water. Due to water pressure, your flow may lighten when you’re in water. But if you laugh, cough, sneeze or move around, a small amount of menses might come out while you swim.
Wearing a leakproof swimsuit will help absorb any menstrual blood. If it's a heavy day you may opt to use tampons or menstrual cups for additional protection while you swim.
Do I need to wear a tampon or menstrual cup with the swimwear?
Not always. When your flow is light, our swimwear can be worn alone without any additional period protection. On super heavy days, we recommend wearing a tampon or menstrual cup with your swimwear. Every period is different though, and we recommend doing whatever makes you feel most confident.
What happens when you get in the water will blood leak out?
The layers in the gusset of the underwear work to trap and absorb blood. We want you to feel 100% confident in your swimwear, so if it is a super heavy flow day, we suggest wearing a tampon or menstrual cup with your suit to keep you worry free while you swim.
How do I wash the swimwear?
Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
Can I wear period swimwear even when I don’t have my period?
Absolutely! The leakproof liner built into all of our period swimwear is undetectable, so they look and feel just like regular swimwear.
